Supported by a grant from the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (www.eeagrants.org).

The symposium will cover a range of topics including data analyses, models of dynamics of exploited/unexploited fish populations, assessment of the current state of inland fisheries, and models of optimal exploitation strategies. It will provide an opportunity for scientists, students and stakeholders to come together, discuss recent developments in the studies of freshwater fish population dynamics and exchange ideas on the future of inland fisheries.
Come back to this page for more updates on registration, abstract submission, keynote speakers and detailed programme.
(DINFISH also reads as Din Fish, ‘din’ = ‘your’ in Norwegian. That is to say that we would like to keep the atmosphere of the meeting relaxed but still packed with exciting science that is relevant for you.)
